Return, Refund and Cancellation policy

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 72 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the order has been shipped.

There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.

After receiving the product, in case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. Please refer to our returns and refunds policy to understand how these requests are handled.

 

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We are committed to our customers’ satisfaction. We guarantee the quality of products sold online at our website. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please raise your complaint in one of the following ways:

  1. Through the ‘Return Order’ option available in ‘My Account’

Whenever you contact us to register a complaint or to return a product, you will be required to provide your order number, your name, name of the product and reason for the complaint/returning the product.

For the settlement of genuine complaints, invigo.in adheres to the following refund and return policy.

  • Requests for return of products purchased have to be initiated within 30 days of the online purchase
  • Returns for refund have to reach us within 30 days of the online purchase of the product
  • In case of returns, a refund is issued once the products are received at our location.
  • You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product.
  • Cash refunds will not be given.
  • You will be refunded the shipping cost for the return shipment if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part
  • Refunds are possible only for the following products:
    • products that were received defective or damaged, either due to manufacturer error or shipping. In such cases, we request that you raise a complaint with us immediately in one of the 3 ways mentioned above, and return the product as received without opening it or further tampering with it
    • Unopened products in original condition, that have not been tampered in any way. In such cases, the customer will have to bear the cost of the return shipping.
  • No refund will be made for any parcels which are returned as unclaimed.
  • Returns are not possible in the following cases:
    • Products whose seal has been broken
    • Used products
    • Return request is made outside the specified time frame.
    • Products with tampered or missing serial numbers, including price tags & labels.
  • In the case of refund to a lost, stolen, or closed credit card, the customer must provide a letter (on letterhead) from their credit card company that states the account was closed in good faith.
  • Return products to us only after you register a complaint in one of the 3 ways mentioned above and verify that your product does qualify for a return or refund.
  • When returning the products, fill out the ‘Returns Form’ that we sent you along with the product, and enclose the form along with the product(s), in their original condition, as part of the return package.
  • Please place the products to be returned in a suitable box (ideally the box in which they were despatched to you) and return the goods to us by post to the following address:
